Before you schedule an appointment, there are a few things you need to know. These terms are subject to change at any time with or without notice, so be sure to familiarize yourself with them often. It may be an adjustment from your past salon experiences, so my aim is to make your adjustment smooth by laying out the terms up front. Feel free to ask for any clarification you may need.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Effective 01/2/2017

At LNB (Locs Naturally Beautiful), scheduling is by appointment only. You must use our online system. Most likely, you will require a combination of services.

Be sure to add all services needed to your request or the system will not block off enough time for your service. To avoid any confusion, you may use the notes area on the last page of booking to clarify your request. Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive notification of any adjustments AND a confirmation when your appointment is accepted.

Appointments are regularly available Tuesday-Friday and Sunday.


BOOKING

​​LNB is equipped with specialized online-booking.

Please monitor your e-mail and text messages for any correspondence from LOCS NATURALLY BEAUTIFUL. Make sure you receive an appointment confirmation before your visit. If you have not receive a confirmation 24 hours before your requested appointment please contact the salon.


PAYMENT

​​The following major credit cards are accepted: VISA, AMEX, MASTERCARD, & DISCOVER.

Electronic payment is preferred.

You may pay in cash, but no cash drawer is kept in the salon so you must have the EXACT AMOUNT if you wish to pay in cash.

NO CHECKS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Payment for services will be due AFTER your service unless it is the first day of your install FULL PAYMENT is due BEFORE your install.


CANCELLATION

Cancelling your appointment the day of will result in a 50.00 fee that will need to be paid on your next visit in cash. The reason for this is because when you cancel without a 24 hour notice, its a time slot that I could have filled with someone else. I know emergencies occur and things in life happen, but I am an entrepreneur that depends on availability and professionalism.


LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment you will have to be rescheduled. If you come right at the 15 minute mark your time ends at the regular time you booked. I will not go over the scheduled time. This may result in you not having your entire service completed.


NO CALL NO SHOW

If you do not call to cancel your appointment or cancel on-line within 24 hours there will be a fee of 60.00 this will need to be paid within 5 days of your missed appointment. After 3 occurrences you will be dismissed as a client of LNB.


EARLY ARRIVAL

If you arrive early to your appointment, inform me of your arrival and have a seat out in the waiting area. I want to give each client their time of relaxation and undivided attention.


CHEMICAL SERVICES

​​No color service will be performed on anyone under the age of 16.

Anyone 16-18 years of age must have a parent present & parent must provide written consent. A consultation is required before color service is preformed this should be done before the actual day of service.


BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOS

​​The salon focuses heavily on your journey with locks. At your installation appointment, and through-out your journey, and differnt services/progress will be photo-documented.

So, show up photo-ready!

Locs Naturally Beautiful reserves the right to use your before & after photos on its website and social media platforms (including, but not limited to Facebook & Instagram) for the promotional purposes of the salon. Please view the gallery to get an idea of the types of photos that will be taken.


CHILDREN / TAG-ALONG GUESTS

In the salon, safety is of the utmost importance. No other accompanying guests or children will be allowed inside of the suite during your service.

If someone accompanying you is also being serviced, they must wait in the designated waiting area until their scheduled appointment time. No child is permitted in the waiting area without a separate adult's supervision.

Waiting areas are shared space so seating is limited and reserved first & foremost, for clients.


FOOD & DRINK

The salon is state regulated and inspected, without notice.

Service area must be kept clean, so NO outside food or drink will be allowed inside of the salon or in the salon trash bins.

If you wish to bring your own water, you may BUT it must be in a clear plastic bottle with a cap screw.


PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT

​​LNB is a professional place of business and will be conducted as such.

All guests will be respected and treated accordingly. Your stylist requires the same respect in return.

Any guest that disrupts the peaceful & professional environment of the salon will be asked to leave immediately.

BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT

DO NOT BOOK MORE THAN TWO MONTHS FROM CURRENT MONTH. Every month on the 5th you are able to book another month out. Please review policies and procedures before booking your appointment.
